A freeview digital service which is available in over 700,000 homes across the island of Ireland and is now automatically tuned in to all new smart TV’s.
Listening to UCB Ireland when you’re at home or as Andrea told us from the hospital ward she works in.
To broadcast UCB Ireland on Saorview it costs approximately €100 per day.
Can you cover a day both financially and in prayer, so that people across Ireland get to hear God’s Word?
Digital Radio Platforms
UCB Ireland holds a digital licence which enables us to broadcast on any digital platform. Our website, Smartphone app and Smart Speakers are our main platforms.
With the Smartphone app you can take us with you wherever you go and with most cars having Bluetooth capability this means we can be in your car too.
To stream our stations it costs €120 per month and our broadcast licenses cost €210 per month. Can you help with these costs?
Word for Today
Over 25,000 copies of The Word for Today, our daily devotional are distributed across Ireland each quarter.
The devotional, written by the late Bob Gass along with his wife Debby, have been an inspiration for so many people over the years across the world. We started designing and printing our own UCB Ireland edition in 2018, so we could make the booklet relevant to the people of Ireland. Since then we have printed almost 600,000 copies.
Each individual copy currently costs €1.50 to print and post.
A gift of €20 per month would enable us to send print and post an extra 160 copies of the Word for Today each year.
Over 250 parcels are sent each quarter to individuals who wish to hand out copies to their friend, family, neighbours and colleagues or to churches who hand them out to their members.
Each parcel of 130 copies costs just over €50 to print, pack and post.
We aim for every copy to be free to the end user, and ask that churches cover the costs of those they receive.
